These genetics are the result of a trichocereus Juul’s Giant mother plant crossed with the pollen of an echinopsis eyeresii The Juul’s Giant is an especially thick form of Trichocereus Pachanoi, which is the famous Sacred San Pedro Cactus. Echinopsis eyresii is a small-spined clumping species with nocturnal flowers. Many of the trichocereus cacti are synonmously classified as echinopsis. It is likely that this cross will form multi-headed plants. This is definitely one of the more unique crosses we have available. Intentionally hybridized Cacti are highly sought-after by cactus collectors because of their rarity. Many hybrids also combine genetics of different species to form superior specimens that contain the more desirable qualities of both parents.
